About

Students will be assisting FlatLand Resources, LLC with monitoring streams, creeks, and rivers in local watersheds.

This includes simple chemical, biological, and habitat monitoring for submittal to Hoosier Riverwatch.

Sampling events can take place at any time on a monthly basis.

It is recommended to wear long pants and close-toed shoes. Monitoring is done as a partnership with local Soil and Water Conservation Districts.

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.
