This is a leadership conference that is expecting around 1,000 attendees.
Conference Dates: Friday, May 26 - Monday, May 29, 2023
Multiple shifts per day with varying numbers of volunteers needed per shift.
Volunteers will be:
- Directing attendees to areas of campus
- Supervising different activities throughout the day
- Helping with daily tasks of the conference

Friday, May 26, 2023:
- Checking people in: 7:00 - 11:30 AM (20 volunteers needed)
- Directing people to buses/checking people in: 11:30 - 4:00 PM (30 volunteers needed)
- Directing people to seats: 4:00 - 8:30 PM (20 volunteers needed)
- Social/Hospitality rooms: 8:30 - 1:00 AM (10 volunteers needed)
Saturday, May 27, 2023:
- Check in: 7:00 - 11:30 AM (30 volunteers needed)
- 1st Ed session: 11:30 - 4:00 PM (10 volunteers needed)

- Breakfast, Clean-up, & Departures: 7:00 - 11:30 AM (20 volunteers needed)
Meals will be provided for volunteers on the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts of each day
Snacks will be provided to volunteers on the 4th shift of each day
