October 28th 2020 UPDATE:

THANK YOU to all of our volunteers both inside and outside! In September, with your help, over 1.5 MILLION pounds were distributed across our eight county service area.  

Beginning November 2nd we will begin scheduling groups of at least 10 ppl in the warehouse to do box packing. This is done to help our pantry partners and our Big Idea school sites continue to do socially distanced food distribution.  

You will need to call to schedule groups with Kellie Arrowood (765-287-8698) and the times are from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. This can happen any Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Friends, family, official groups, etc. If you know 10 ppl who would like to get together and serve their community, PLEASE JOIN US! These time slots are being added as they are booked, so you will not be able to register for them individually. 

Masks are required and gloves are to be worn every time you are working items to be passed out. We also ask that you sanitize your area when your project is completed. Do not bring outside food, drinks or other items with you. Leave your bags/purses in your vehicle.

How are we going to keep folks safe?
  • We will continue to follow the guidelines of our local, state and national health agencies.
  • All volunteers will need to acknowledge that they have read and understand the new waiver to register for each event and volunteers will not be able to volunteer without registering here on GIVEPULSE.
  • We will only allow the absolute maximum of volunteers needed at each Tailgate or on site.
  • All volunteers will have to wear masks, sanitize hands, wear gloves, practice social distancing, and answer screening questions before sign in, every time they volunteer.
