Met with the PSE team to practice role plays for requesting funding for Summer Learning Fun. Discussed feasibility of putting on a PSE event to help with the project. Ended with discussion of how we will break down the vendors to reach out to for information.
Met with PSE and James for a half hour on 2/10 to learn about the objectives for the semester. Met with the PSE marketing team on 2/19 for 45 minutes to discuss assignments and brainstorm ways to reach donation goals.
Made valentines day cards for the residents at Bethel Point with the members of the Ball State Miller Business Honors Program.
Met with James and the rest of Camp Adventure in the library to update on current ideas and progress for the Tri-fold board, the brochure, and the One-Ball State flyer. Group divided up to complete the tasks.
Helped organize and set up the store at Muncie Mission by zoning and cleaning shelves.
Helped pass out candy at a Trunk-Or-Treat for the Muncie Boys and Girls Club.
Took a tour of the grounds with PSE members and spoke with James to get a better rounded view of marketing needs to Camp Adventure as well as prioritize our work.
I met with James and the rest of the Pi Sigma Epsilon team in Bracken Library to initiate discussions on goals and objectives for our work in marketing the Camp Adventure 2020 Summer Camps.
I went with the Miller Business Honors Program to help clean up around Camp Adventure in preparation for their Spring Season. We helped spread mulch out around the ropes courses for 3 hours, then participated in group exercises before we left.
