Muncie Walk-A-Mile in my Shoes!

January 31st - Muncie Animal Shelter
Today I specifically helped move bags of dog food to a new desired area. Which helped staff organize donations and food so that they could start getting ready for feeding time.

Gift Wrapping with Secret Families - December 7th - 3 hours
I had so much fun at this event, the energy was so high and the Christmas spirit was everywhere. It was an awesome time and I hope that all the presents I wrapped and help wrapped make these families very happy.

This was an incredible time full of lots of holiday cheer and glitter. The spirit of the holidays is very much alive, and it was a pleasure decorating the vast space of Cornerstone. It was also wonderful being able to have an opportunity to decorate for the season since moving into a dorm. Where decorating becomes a bit more of a challenge.

Muncie Animal Shelter - November 14th - 3:30 - 5:00 pm
This was a great time! We cleaned cat cages for the duration of the time. Cleaning out litter boxes, putting down new paper, and make sure food and water dishes were full. Then we spent some time socializing with the cats to spread a little love.

Scarevania Haunted House - Cornerstone Center for the Arts
Cornerstone hosts a yearly haunted house for the city; it's an excellent opportunity for the organization to raise money for their programs. The haunted house is composed entirely of volunteers who want to actively help the organization raise money and have some fun scaring people along the way. I volunteered alongside friends from HACE, and together, we filled two rooms of the haunted house with our spooky faces. I had a blast, and it was an excellent opportunity to experience something new, work alongside friends, and aid in support of Cornerstone's continuous influence in the community.
