I cleaned cat cages
On September 21, 2019, I began fostering a kitten for MACS who I later named Alaska. The goal for Alaksa's fostering was to get her to 2 lbs so that she could be safely spayed. I was in charge of feeding her and caring for her during this time. A few weeks into fostering her, I discovered that she also had fleas and "eye gunk," so I was then in charge of giving her 2 types of medications each day and giving her flea baths (which was a serious challenge, this girl hates water) until the regimens were completed. The plan is for Alaska to be spayed sometime next week, and then I plan to adopt her because I love her so much and she is now a part of our little family. Fostering her is one of the best things I've ever done!
i cleaned cat poop and pet every single dog. only wanted to adopt 3 dogs while i was there
I unloaded bags of dog food from a truck and then helped sort it and carry it into their room for food. I them helped walk the dogs and take them outside.
